Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (三井不動産株式会社 Mitsui Fudōsan Kabushiki-gaisha?) (TYO: 8801), is a Japanese property firm based in Chūō, Tokyo.[1] In 2005 the company set up office in Shanghai, People's Republic of China to better position itself in P. R. China's real estate market. The firm constructed 461 Fifth Avenue in New York City in 1988.
