Momchilgrad (Bulgarian: Момчилград, "the town of Momchil"; Turkish: Mestanlı, Sultanyeri or Momçilgrad) is a town in the very south of Bulgaria, part of Kardzhali Province in the southeastern part of the Eastern Rhodopes. It is largely settled by ethnic Turks.[1]
