Monica May (born April 11, 1984) is an American television and film actress, known for her role as Elizabeth 'Z' Delgado on the series Power Rangers: S.P.D..

May was born in Lakeland, Florida. At the age of three, May moved with her family to the small town of Land O' Lakes, Florida. When May was twelve, she went to an improv summer camp, and it was there that she realized she wanted to act for the rest of her life.
May got her start at acting playing Lisa Kramer in the 1993 Richard Linklater film Dazed and Confused. Later, in the 9th grade, she played Rebecca Gibbs in Our Town. May made her short film debut in 2003 in Icon Film Studios' To Live Is to Die and had a voice-over part in Broken Tomorrow.
In 2005, May starred on Power Rangers S.P.D., the last American actor to be on the Power Rangers series. She went on to become good friends with S.P.D. executive producer Greg Aronowitz and has had roles in his films Labou and Battle Planet.
May lives in Los Angeles, California, where she also works as a hairstylist.
