Monster from Green Hell is a 1957 B movie shown as a double-feature to the 1957 film The Brain from Planet Arous. It is also seen as a clone of Them!.
The U.S. Government is conducting experiments on animals by exposing them to space radiation while in orbit. Just as one such spaceship disappears from the radar screens, reports of giant mutated wasps begin to arrive from Africa, and scientist Dr. Brady is sent to investigate. His expedition fails in an attempt to destroy the mutates with hand grenades. The giant wasps get wiped out anyway by the eruption of a nearby volcano.
