Moricone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rome in the Italian region Latium, located about 35 km northeast of Rome. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,498 and an area of 20.1 km².[1]

Moricone borders the following municipalities: Monteflavio, Montelibretti, Montorio Romano, Palombara Sabina.

Moricone is full of ancient Italian culture, and above all it is known for its fresh produce and olive oil. Moricone is also the place of the famous Milani Italian Pastry and Bakery who started serving its incredible desserts for more than 30 years. Milani's Bakery can now be found in the USA, in the small town of Northford Connecticut.
