After hearing her singing and rapping, production company Rockizm recognised her talent and signed Naila on the spot, before her signing to LaBoss Records in 2003, upon which label she released her debut album, featuring production from such artists as Big Brovaz and Wayne Beckford. Since then she has collaborated with such acts as 2-Play, So Solid Crew, The Pirates, Nutty P and Shola Ama. Naila Boss has featured on two charting singles, both in 2004 and peaking at #8 in the UK Singles Chart.
