Nathan Webb (May 7, 1825 – November 8, 1902) was a United States federal judge.

Webb was born in Portland, Maine. He received an A.B. from Harvard University in 1846. He read law in 1849. He was in private practice in Portland, Maine from 1849 to 1865. He was a County attorney of Cumberland County, Maine from 1866 to the present. He was a U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine from 1870 to 1878. He was in private practice in Portland, Maine from 1878 to 1882.

Webb was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Maine. Webb was nominated by President Chester A. Arthur on January 18, 1882, to a seat vacated by Edward Fox. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on January 24, 1882, and received his commission the same day. Webb's service was terminated on June 30, 1902, due to retirement.

He died in Portland, Maine.
