Three men have their lives turned over by the existence of a tattooed Ouija Board which opens the gateways to other dimensions. Hagen keeps the corpse of his lover in his house, hoping that one day she will come back from the dead. When he meets a man named Travis, he learns that maybe he could go into hell and bring her back from the dead.
Travis cares for his mentally disabled younger brother and works as a torturer for hire and is addicted to heroin. when under the effects of heroin he is visited by a demon called Morbius who informs him his brother has been taken by another demon called Mr Skinny, who appears as a butcher in a pig mask, and if Travis helps Morbius he will help find his brother.
Morbius instructs Travis to find Hagen and get his agreement to use him a gateway to hell, by stating Morbius can return Hagen dead lover form the dead, Travis does this by carving a ouija board into Hagen's back, sending him to hell where he is killed by a monstrous beast. Travis follows and receives the same fate.
Morbius is then shown as being the beast and being controlled by another being which looks like a gray child in a gas mask; it is then discovered that Morbius was a man who worked in a bar and dabbled in the occult. He had a relationship with Hagen's dead lover and Hagen and his lover conspired to poison Morbius, which they attempt but it merely incapacitates him. When Hagen tries to kill Morbius by choking him their lover gets accidentally killed in the fight and Morbius also dies—only to come before the gas masked being, claiming to be Morbius's unborn child. Morbius asked for revenge and the being agreed, but said there would a downside—this being that when he has his revenge he will forever be the beast.
