Neile Adams (born July 10, 1932) is a Filipino-American actress, singer & dancer who made more than twenty appearances in films and television series between 1952 and 1991.
Born as Ruby Neilam Salvador Adams in Manila, she was first married (1957–1972) to actor Steve McQueen, who insisted that she not work. Adams' influence with agents helped McQueen establish his own career.[citation needed]
In 1960, she co-starred with McQueen and Peter Lorre in a memorable episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents based on Roald Dahl's short story Man from the South.[1][2] Recently, Adams has appeared in her own eponymous one woman cabaret show.
Adams was born in 1932 (other sources have incorrectly indicated 1934 or 1936) as per Intelius search under name Neile Toffel.
