Tara Nicole DuBose (born 21 March 1987), is a model, television host, actress, writer, and philanthropist.
Early life
Nikki was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, and is of Brazilian and French descent.Nikki studied Communications at Southwestern College and Mesa College in San Diego, California for two years. [1]
Modeling
Nikki DuBose is represented with Elite. She is the current face of Perry Ellis Swimwear 2010, and Alcott Italy, and has appeared in advertisements for Fredericks of Hollywood, NY&C., Analili, Sandals, Ed Hardy (Crystal Rock), and Venus among many others. She has appeared in the Maxim 2010 Lingerie Special Edition, and on the cover of Maxim Germany. She has appeared in ads and editorials for Vanity Fair, Maxim, FHM, Glamour, Esquire, and many others.
Television
After being approached at Fashion Week Los Angeles 2008 by the general manager of XLTV Worldwide, Nikki started working as a television reporter for XLTV in March 2008. She has interviewed everyone from Kathy Hilton to the mayor of Los Angeles, and covered The Bet Awards 2008 with XLTV. [2] She will also be featured in an episode of Entourage, Season Five, The Season Finale as well as the final two episodes of season three of Burn Notice. She was engaged to Mexican host and actor Rodolfo Jimenez but they ended their relationship in 2009. She has also been linked to Pro Tennis Player Mark Philloppoussis.
Charity
Nikki has partnered with Do Something and Charity Buzz[3] organizations, in which she was featured in a "Win a Dinner with Nikki DuBose" with all the money going to help young people. She has recently been recognized by her efforts in the Wall Street Journal[4].
