Victor Santiago, Jr., more widely known by his stage name N.O.R.E or Noreaga (born September 6, 1977), is a American rapper. He is one half of the group Capone-N-Noreaga.

N.O.R.E. is a backronym for Niggaz on (the) Run Eatin'. His previous alias, Noreaga, was derived from the Panamanian general Manuel Noriega, convicted of drug running. Tommy Boy Records, his former label, claimed that it was owed two more albums from him, and forced him to bill himself differently after signing with Def Jam Recordings.
