Norm Lewis (born June 2, 1963 in Eatonville, Florida) is a Broadway actor and baritone singer.[2]
In 2005, Lewis starred in the Public Theater's "Shakespeare in the Park" revival of Two Gentlemen of Verona.[3]
He played Javert in the 2007 revival of Les Misérables on Broadway. He later played King Triton in the Broadway production of The Little Mermaid in 2008 and 2009.
Lewis's other performances include The Who's Tommy, Side Show, Chicago and Miss Saigon. He also appeared in the concert version of the Tim Rice musical Chess in 2003.
Norm Lewis will play the title role of Sweeney Todd, the Tony Award winning musical by Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler, at the Casa Mañana Theatre beginning November 10th 2009.[4]
