Encyclopedia

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Oedipus Records is an independent record label started in Torrance, California by Gabe Abaud, Patrick Enzor, and Micheal Corso in 2002. Originally it was intended as a business venture for Corso, who has since graduated with a business degree from the University of Southern California (USC). The label was mainly run by Abaud out of his apartment in Long Beach, with help from Patrick and Jeff Enzor. Corso has since moved to Bend, Oregon.

Since 2007 the label has been dormant until fall 2009 where Abaud and Patrick Enzor decided to revive it in their current home of Brooklyn, NY
