Paloma Creek is a master-planned community covering approximately 1,200 acres (4.9 km2) in eastern Denton County, Texas. The community was developed by Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors Inc. Paloma Creek is located on U.S. Route 380 in an unincorporated area governed by the Denton County Fresh Water Supply Districts 8-A, 8-B, 11-A, 11-B, and 11-C. The Dallas North Tollway and Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge are major factors for the rapid residential growth in the area.[1]

In early 2001, the developer started construction on the northern section.

In early 2003, the first phase of homes was completed.

Paloma Creek community entrance sign removed in late 2007 for construction of a Walgreens store.

Upon its completion, the community will be populated with some 5,500 homes[2] constructed by several different builders.
