Patoka Township is one of nine townships in Pike County, Indiana, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 3,169[1].

According to the United States Census Bureau, Patoka Township covers an area of 43.79 square miles (113.4 square kilometers); of this, 43.07 square miles (111.54 square kilometers, 98.36 percent) is land and 0.72 square miles (1.86 square kilometers, 1.64 percent) is water. The Patoka River flows through the township from east to west.
