Paula Vázquez Picallo was born on 26 November 1974 in the City and Naval Station of Ferrol, in Galicia, North-western Spain. She is one of the best known television presenters in Spain, and also known for her modelling carrier in the fashion industry as well as her acting, where she has taken some leading roles under different Spanish film directors.

She has also being awarded different prices granted by the showbiz industry in Spain, which has greatly contributed to make her name stand from the crowd at national level.
