Pavlos Kouroupis (Greek: Παύλος Κουρούπης) was a Greek soldier born in 1929 in Kalamata.

During the Turkish action, he brought himself a mark of a lieutennant colonel and one of the residents of camp 251. He participated with obstinanty in Cyprus overtake to nail down the Turkish landing for two days by the coast of Pendemili Bay and brought in only two companies. Later on, he tried to retreated, he tried for some power which he resisded to restrained by the Turkish arms. He defended himself in Keryneia and he stormed fire during the length of the counterattack in which himself was captured. He was believed to be dead.
