The Pennsylvania Gubernatorial election of 1994 was between Congressman Tom Ridge (Republican) and Mark Singel the Democrat. Ridge won with 45% Democratic Mark Singel and T. Fooley with 39% and Peg Lusik (Constitution) with 12%.[1]

During the campaign, the Ridge campaign used aerial advertising along the Jersey Shore, a vacation spot popular with Pennsylvanians.[2]
