Philip Francis Maloney (born October 6, 1927 in Ottawa, Ontario) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 158 games in the National Hockey League. He played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Chicago Black Hawks, and Boston Bruins.

Maloney also played for the Vancouver Canucks in the Western Hockey League. He retired at the end of the 1969-70 season, the year before the Canucks became a part of the NHL.
