Philippe Boccara (born July 6, 1959) is a French-born American sprint canoer who competed from the late 1970s to the early 2000s. Competing in six Summer Olympics, he won a bronze medal in the K-4 1000 m event at Los Angeles in 1984 for France.

Boccara also won six medals for the French at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with four golds (K-1 10000 m: 1990, K-2 1000 m: 1985, K-2 10000 m: 1987, 1991), a silver (K-2 1000 m: 1987), and a bronze (K-1 1000 m: 1990).

He competed for the United States at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics.
