Portland Bible College (PBC) is a private, non-accredited, four-year, college in Portland, Oregon, USA, that offers theological and church ministry degrees. It was founded in 1969 by Dick Iverson and is associated with City Bible Church. The campus is adjacent to City Bible Church atop Rocky Butte in northeast Portland.

Alumni include former Oregon State Senator John Minnis[1] and political activist Bill Sizemore.[2]
