The Premier Arena Soccer League (PASL-Premier) is the flagship league that was started in 1997. Having just completed its 10th year, PASL-Premier is the largest International indoor/arena soccer league in the world. PASL-Premier currently has 51 Premier teams in 9 divisions across the USA. The PASL-Premier is an amateur development league. PASL-Premier is the official developmental league of the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL-Pro).

Teams play in regional competition to keep travel costs to a minimum. The champion of each region will then compete in an International final.

PASL-Premier currently runs a winter and summer league. The winter league starts the 1st weekend in December and ends the 3rd weekend in March. The summer league runs from the 1st weekend in May through the 3rd weekend in July.

PASL-Premier is an affiliated member of the FIFRA (Federation International Futbal Rapido Association).
