Karoline Luise van Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach (b. Weimar, 18 July 1786 - d. Ludwigslust, 20 January 1816) was a German noblewoman. She was the daughter of Charles Augustus, Grand Duke of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach and his wife Louisa of Hesse-Darmstadt.

On 1 July 1810 she became the second wife of Frederick Ludwig, Hereditary Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Schwerin. They had 3 children:

  1. Albert of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (1812-1834)
  2. Hélène of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (1814-1858), who in 1837 married Ferdinand-Philippe d'Orléans (1810-1842) eldest son of Louis-Philippe of France
  3. Magnus of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (1815-1816)
