The Red Lion Area Junior High School shootings was a school shooting that occurred on April 24, 2003, at Red Lion Area Junior High School, a middle school in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, United States. James Sheets, a 14-year-old student at the school, armed himself with 3 hand guns, 2 revolvers and one semi automatic handgun, and shot and killed principal Dr.Segro, before turning a handgun on himself and committing suicide. Police were not able to identify a motive for the shooting.
