Regina High School is the only Catholic K-12 Education Center in Iowa City, Iowa. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Davenport. It currently houses 450+ in the elementary, and 500+ in the Junior/Senior High School. It is the 2005 State Champions and the 2007 Class 1-A State Runner-ups in American Football
