Richard Allen Rellford (born February 16, 1964, in Riviera Beach, Florida) is a retired American professional basketball player. He was a 6'6" (1.98 m) 230 lb (104 kg) forward and played collegiately at the University of Michigan.
Rellford was selected with the 2nd pick of the fifth round in the 1986 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers. He played for the San Antonio Spurs for 4 games in 1987-88, averaging 4.0 points and 1.8 rebounds per contest.
