Robert Špehar (born 13 May 1970) is a former Croatian football striker. During his career, he played for NK Osijek, NK Zagreb, Club Brugge, AS Monaco, Verona, Sporting CP, Galatasaray, Standard Liege and AC Omonia.

Club career

Špehar finished top scorer of the Jupiler League in 1997 and of the Croatian First League in 1995 and 2003.[1] He was Croatian vice-champion with NK Zagreb in 1994, he won the Belgian Double with Club Brugge in 1996 and the Cypriot Cup with AC Omonia in 2005, just before retiring later that year.

International

Špehar earned 8 caps for the Croatian national football team between 1992 and 1996, all of them in friendlies, and he scored one goal in a penalty shootout against Morocco at the 1996 King Hassan II Tournament.[2]
