Robocalypse: Beaver Defense is an upcoming tower defense video game developed by Vogster Entertainment for WiiWare, and a follow up to their Nintendo DS game Robocalypse. It will be released in the summer of 2009.[1]
The game revolves around a mutated beaver's campaign for revenge against the player. Like other tower defense games, players place defenses around their headquarters in order to stop the beaver's horde of robots. In addition, players can directly control a hero robot of their own in battle.[2]
The game features online play for up to four players.[2]
The plot was created by Jay Lender and Micah Wright, former writers for SpongeBob SquarePants who were also involved in the development of the previous game.[2]
