Ryan David Glynn (born November 1, 1974 in Portsmouth, Virginia) is a Major League Baseball pitcher for the Yokohama BayStars in Nippon Professional Baseball. He played parts of five seasons in the majors between 1999 and 2005 for the Texas Rangers, Toronto Blue Jays, and Oakland Athletics.

In 2006, he pitched for the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles and had a 3.96 ERA. In 2007, he signed with the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters and had a 2.21 ERA. Despite having a 3.64 ERA in 2008, Glynn received little run support and finished with a 7-14 record. On January 7, 2009, he signed a one-yeal deal with the Yokohama BayStars.[1]
