Saint Brisson sur Loire is a commune in the Loiret department in north-central France.

Château

Château Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire was founded by the Scottish clan Bryce (also Mac Farlane) in the 12th century. The name "Brisson" may be related to the name Bryce.

The Château Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire is currently a tourist attraction given its proximity to the many historic châteaux of the Loire Valley.
