Set in the year 2026, the global government has used stem cells and genetic engineering to stage Judgment Day. Using genetic replications of the Christ and the Antichrist and immediately destroying them, the government has installed severe fundamentalism in the populace, strengthened by the claim that they can communicate with God via machines and enforcing their will with an army of cloned super-soldiers called Angels. The world is run by a small number of technocrats who consult a number of super-computers linked to Heaven.
Three characters are available to choose from - Narumi Amano, - a genetically modified assassin, Sergei Thor – leader of an Eastern European resistance force and Alexander Geist – a psychically adapt smuggler.[1]
A press release describes the game as a mixture of action and stealth set in settings such as Tokyo and London and an experience and equipment system similar to those found in role-playing games.
