Samer al-Masry (also spelled Samer al-Masri , Arabic: سامر المصري‎) is a Syrian actor born August 3, 1969 in Damascus, Syria. He is best known for his lead role in the Syrian drama Bab al-Hara.[1]

Career

He has performed in Theater and film but is best known for his work in television and his lead role in Bab al-Hara.

Theater: Ismael Hamlet, Zakerat al Ramad, Masrah al Raseef, and Abyad Aswad
Films: Fawk al Rammel tahet al shammes, Altuwebi, and al Risala al Akhira
Television: Razmat Nukud, Haza Karari, Assiad al maal, Jawad al Layl, Bab al-Hara, Bab al-Hara 2, Bab al-Hara 3 and Tammer Henneh. He also starred in Beit Jedi 2 as Abou Hejaz.
