Samuel Brise Ruggles Brise (1825–1899) was a British politician.

He was elected as a Conservative Member of Parliament for West Somerset in 1868, resigning in 1883 by becoming Steward of the Manor of Northstead. His son Evelyn Ruggles-Brise became a prison administrator and founded the Borstal system.
