Scott McGillivray (born 1978) is a Canadian carpenter and television host.

He is the host of Income Property, a home renovation show on Home & Garden Television (HGTV)^[1].

Scott is a trained carpenter and could previously be seen on From The Ground Up with Debbie Travis. He attended University of Guelph and received an honours degree in Marketing Management.

His wife Sabrina is an elementary school teacher in Woodbridge, Ontario. They were married in 2009 and live in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.^[2]
