His Highness the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa bin Hamad bin Abdullah bin Jassim bin Muhammed Al Thani (Arabic: الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني) is the Crown Prince of Qatar. He was born on 3 June 1980.[1] He is the son of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, and his second wife, Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al-Missned.
He was educated at local arabic school in 1997 receiving his A Levels. He then went on t graduating in 1998. He has a number of posts including:

He became The Heir Apparent on 2003, after his older brother Sheikh Jasim bin Hamad Al-Thani renounced his rights in his favour. On January 8, 2005, he married to his sociable cousin Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin suhaim al-Thani (daughter of Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani and shared the same great grand father Hamad bin Abdullah Al Thani)they have a big flower celebration for their wedding party and it recorded in guinness world records. and they have a daughter ( AL mayassah ) and a son ( Hamad ).

He became Crown Prince on August 8, 2003, after his older brother Sheikh Jasim bin Hamad Al-Thani renounced his rights in his favour. On January 8, 2005, he married Sheikha Jawahar bint Hamad al-Thani, daughter of Sheikh Hamad bin Suhaim al-Thani. In March 2009 the prince married to his second wife Sheikha Al Anood Al-Hajri daughter of Qatari Ambassador to Jordan.
