Sidhu from Srikakulam has been her first release, which has been a hit down south. Shraddha Das is also known as a 'sequel queen' in south because of acting in Arya 2 and Mantra 2 as heroine, which are sequels to the biggest blockbusters and will be released in 2009. She has also acted in a Hindi film based on kickboxing titled Lahore with actors such as Farooque Sheikh, Nafisa Ali, Kelly Dorji, Sushant Singh, Shraddha Nigam, directed by debutant director Sanjay Chauhan and is slated for release soon as well. Currently, she plays the female lead in Adhineta, her sixth film in Telugu with hero Jagapati Babu and Director Samudra
