Soundtrack

The film score as well as the soundtrack are composed by Dharan, who has earlier worked together with K. Bhagyaraj in his previous venture Parijatham. Noted music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja and film director Venkat Prabhu are said to have lent their voices for two of the songs.[2 ] The audio launch was held on 31 October 2009 with Actor Vijay and Actress Suhasini Mani Rathnam and many other dignitaries presiding over the function. The most popular songs from the soundtrack are "Poove Poove" and "Alana Thaamarai".[2 ]
