Sihugo Green (August 20, 1933–October 4, 1980) was an American professional basketball player. He was born in New York, New York.

A 6'2" guard from Duquesne University, Green was selected by the Rochester Royals with the first pick of the 1956 NBA Draft, ahead of Bill Russell. He played nine seasons in the league with four teams and scored 4,636 career points.
