Sleeper: How to Kill a Vampire is an upcoming horror comedy film directed by Sean Simmons and written by Tom Corbett.
London, Islington, Flat 19, Westenra towers. Meet Nick and Jim, two men the wrong side of twenty five living a life fueled by takeaways and TV. They're out of shape, out of a job and don't have a hope in hell. They do everything together; eat, sleep, drink and lust after their flatmate Lucy.
But all that changes when bodies start turning up all over the capital drained of their blood and Lucy is seduced by a mysterious stranger.
Now London's greatest underachievers will have to follow the clues, learn the skills and slay a vampire to break its curse, saving the woman they both love.
The idea for the film was conceived in 2007. The plan, to make a vampire movie in the style of the old Hammer Horror films of the '50's and '60's. Other influences cited include the '80's films Fright Night and The Lost Boys.
