South Kelsey is a village and civil parish in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 571. It is on the B1205 between the A15 and Caistor.

South Kelsey has an Anglican church, St. Mary's, a Methodist church and a village hall.
