Stephen Gregory (born February 11, 1965) is an American actor who grew up in Manhasset, a Long Island suburb, 15 miles to the east of Manhattan.
With a feathered mane of hair, he portrayed the character Chase Benson in the US soap opera, The Young and the Restless (Y&R), from 1988 to 1991, during which time he tried to seduce Nina Webster (played by Tricia Cast). He had a few other guest-starring roles on TV series, and also appeared as Dr. Beresford on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
