Stjepan Tomas (born 6 March 1976 in Bugojno) is a Croatian football defender playing for FC Rubin Kazan.
Tomas was part of the Croatia team at the 2002 FIFA World Cup where he played in all three games before Croatia was eliminated in the first round. He was also in the team for Euro 2004 but did not play any games in the tournament. He played for the national team in their third and last game at the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
His previous clubs include Dinamo Zagreb, Vicenza Calcio, Como, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray and Rubin Kazan
In August 2007, he signed a 2-year contact with Russian team FC Rubin Kazan, for a fee of €2.8m[1].
