Taavi Rand (born July 17, 1992 in Tallinn, Estonia) is an Estonian ice dancer. With partner Irina Shtork, he is the 2010 Estonian national champion and 2005-2006 national bronze medalists. Their partnership ended in 2008, but they teamed up again in 2009. Before teaming up with Shtork, Rand competed with Kristin Vaha. His older brother Kristjan is also a competitive ice dancer.
