Teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many interdependent subtasks.
A group in itself does not necessarily constitute a team. .Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize his or her strengths and minimize his or her weaknesses.^ User agents should not allow schemes that are key to its normal operation, such as http or https , to be rerouted through third-party sites.

David Cooperrider suggests that the larger the group, the better. Types of teams

Independent and interdependent teams

A rugby union scrum
Of particular importance is the concept of different types of teams. A bright line is usually drawn between "independent" and "interdependent" teams. To continue the sports team example, a rugby team is clearly an interdependent team:
.
  • no significant task can be accomplished without the help of any of the members;
  • within that team members typically specialize in different tasks (running the ball, goal kicking & scrum feeding), and
  • the success of every individual is inextricably bound to the success of the whole team.^ There’s no set list of things that every person can do and accomplish all of their goals.
