theCoolTV is an over-the-air digital subchannel television network in the United States launched in March 2009. The network's current program schedule consists of an all-music video lineup that can be customized by station, along with the three hours per week of FCC-required E/I programming, with music films and full-length concerts possibly coming to the schedule in the future.

The network's current carriage consists of several low-power television stations in major media markets throughout the country on digital subchannels. Its first full-power pickup was by Journal Broadcast Group flagship station WTMJ-TV 4 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 8, 2009. In that case, the subchannel is marketed as a compliment to WTMJ sister radio station WLWK-FM 94.5 (which has a random playlist format), and is known as "theCoolTV, powered by 94-5 Lake FM".

In addition to their channel, TCTV's parent company also distributes music through digital channels and post-concert CDs at music venues.
