Written and directed by Julie Bertuccelli (Since Otar Left), based on a screenplay by Elizabeth J Mars adapted from the novel Our Father Who Art in The Tree by Judy Pascoe, wife of Red Dwarf actor Robert Llewellyn, The Tree is due for theatrical release in 2010. Produced by Sue Taylor (Producer) (The Shark Net), 3 Acts of Murderand (Last Train to Freo) of Taylor Media, and Yael Fogiel (Voyages), (Since Otar Left) and (Jellyfish) of Les Films du Poisson, the film is an official co-production between France and Australia.
