Tim Grgurich is an American basketball coach.

Grgurich's win–loss record at the University of Pittsburgh was 69–70 (.496).

He also served as the head basketball coach at UNLV in 1994. He arrived at UNLV in the mid 1980s and imported the ameoba defense developed when he was a Pitt assistant under Ridl to Jerry Tarkanian's teams. He served 12 years as an assistant coach before being promoted, and his 1990 team defense using Pitt's ameoba formation won the NCAA Championship.

He has served as an assistant coach for several NBA teams including extended stays with the Seattle SuperSonics and Portland Trail Blazers. Currently he is an assistant with the Denver Nuggets.
