Campionato Nazionale Primavera - Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti (or simply Campionato Primavera) is an Italian football competition played by youth teams (under 20) of all Serie A and all Serie B clubs. The first edition was held in the 1962-63 season but at that time there were two champions because Serie A and Serie B teams played in two different tournaments. Since the 1969-70 season they were unified. On December 16, 2006 it was named in memory of latter Inter captain and chairman Giacinto Facchetti. It translates to "Spring" National Championship, literally.

The 42 teams are initially divided into three groups of 14 teams each. After the regular season, 16 teams in total qualify for the final knock-out stage. All games are played on a home/away basis, except the final.
