The Alabama Congressional elections of 2006 were held on Tuesday, November 7, 2006. The terms of all seven Representatives to the United States House of Representatives were to expire on January 3, 2007, and therefore all were put up for contest. The winning candidates will serve a two-year term from January 3, 2007, to January 3, 2009. The primary elections were held on Tuesday, June 6, 2006.

In all seven races, the incumbent won re-election (three of the seats were unopposed).

1st Congressional District

Incumbent Republican Congressman Jo Bonner has been in office since 2003. He defeated Democratic challenger Vivian Beckerle (official website), an attorney and military veteran, in the general election. Neither Bonner nor Beckerle faced a primary challenge.

2nd Congressional District

Incumbent Republican Congressman Terry Everett has served in Congress since 1993. Everett defeated Democratic challenger Chuck James, a real estate developer, in the general election. James had defeated John Morykwas, Jr. in the primary election; Everett did not face a primary challenge.

3rd Congressional District

Incumbent Republican Congressman Mike D. Rogers has served in Congress since 2003. Rogers defeated Democrat Greg Pierce, a telecommunications executive, in the general election. Also on the ballot was independent candidate Mark Layfield.
