Valdemar Aguirre Cordova (December 6, 1922 – June 18, 1988) was a United States federal judge.

Cordova was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He received a J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1950. He was in the United States Army from 1940 to 1945. He was in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona from 1950 to 1965. He was a Superior court judge, Maricopa County, Arizona from 1965 to 1967. He was in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona from 1967 to 1976. He was a Superior court judge, Maricopa County, Arizona from 1976 to 1979.

Cordova was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Cordova was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on April 30, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on June 19, 1979, and received his commission on June 21, 1979. He assumed senior status on April 20, 1984. Cordova's service was terminated on June 18, 1988, due to death.
